Our suggestion suggestion to provide the best protection would be to wear n95 over a surgical mask, however if you have access to both you should wear n95 which is part of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and if that is not available then use a surgical mask.
There are two types of gowns however they are used by people
working in the healthcare industry. However all people working
in large crowds or the healthcare industry should consider
wearing them.
The two types of gowns are Isolation and Protective gowns. First are the
full-back isolation gowns which provide full coverage and the other are
over-the-head open-back gowns. In addition to these waterproof,
disposable,reusable aprons can also be used.
Washing your hands with almost any kind of soap frequently and sanitizing your hands from time to time is one of the best ways to prevent this virus from entering your body. Hands should be washed for at least 20 seconds. Even though non-alcohol sanitizers are also good however alcohol based sanitizers are expected to be more effective. Percentage of alcohol may vary however it is recommended to use a sanitizer with 60% alcohol in it for the best results.
