There are two types of gowns however they are used by people working in the healthcare industry. However all people working in large crowds or the healthcare industry should consider wearing them.

Washing and sanitizing

Washing your hands with almost any kind of soap frequently and sanitizing your hands from time to time is one of the best ways to prevent this virus from entering your body. Hands should be washed for at least 20 seconds. Even though non-alcohol sanitizers are also good however alcohol based sanitizers are expected to be more effective. Percentage of alcohol may vary however it is recommended to use a sanitizer with 60% alcohol in it for the best results.
